Privacy Policy
This is a personal portfolio site. It collects as little as possible, and never sells or shares your information. Here's the plain version.
What I collect
The only data I actively collect is what you choose to hand over:
- Your name, email address, and message, submitted via the "say hi" contact form, so I can read and reply.
- Your email address, if you request access to a protected (NDA) project, used only to send you a one-time access code.
If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter on their booking page under their own privacy policy.
How I use it
I use your details for two simple things: to read your message and reply to you, and, if you asked for access to a protected project, to email you a one-time code and remember that you've unlocked it for a short while. That's it. No marketing lists, no profiling, no automated decisions.
Who processes it
A few third parties help deliver the site and its handful of features:
- Vercel, hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes basic technical data such as your IP address and request logs to serve pages and keep things secure.
- Resend, delivers the contact-form message to my inbox, and sends the one-time access codes for protected projects.
- Cal.com, powers the "book an intro call" scheduling.
Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs no analytics and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It uses functional cookies in just one place: the protected-project gate, which sets a short-lived signed cookie while it verifies your code, and another that remembers your unlock for about 30 minutes. Embedded third parties (Cal.com) may set their own functional cookies when you interact with them.
How long I keep it
Contact messages live in my email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to correspond with you, then deleted during routine cleanup. For protected-project access there's no database: your email is used only to send the code, and the unlock cookie simply expires on its own after about 30 minutes.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it, just email me. Depending on where you live (e.g. India's DPDP Act, or the GDPR for EU visitors), you may have additional rights; I'll honour reasonable requests regardless.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
